Features at a glance:

The LVM series require less power and produce less heat than traditional high resolution CRT monitors.

LVM monitors maintain their performance and operate longer than traditional CRT monitors.

Light weight, compact and rugged design reduces the cost of shipping and transportation making it the ideal choice for small studios and OB Vans, wherever space is a premium.

Does not require expensive input modules. DVI, SDI, HD-SDI and analogue input modules are all standard. Some models also include Dual Link and 3G support.

The LVM automatic setup and internal picture adjustment deliver optimum results from any source material.

TVlogic range

From the 7” to the 57” wide screen (WS) LCD solution, there is a LVM model to suit every application. Every LCD monitor offers 4:3 and 16:9 aspect display making the LVM series ideal for Studio, OB Van, non-linear, film/ video-assist, digital signage and film production. With support for SD, HD and 3G standards and featuring many built in extras like Waveform monitor, vector scope and focus assist the LVM range is ready to go out of the box. All monitors above 17″ are Full HD resolution with the smaller screens offering scaled and one-to-one pixel viewing.

The LQM range builds on the LVM’s by adding Quad-split allowing four inputs to be viewed simultaneously in a variety of layouts.

Their latest offering is also their smallest – the VFM-056W(P) is a 5.6″ Viewfinder monitor designed specifically to sit with modern film and television cameras. Despite its small size the screen has a resolution of 1280 x 800 making for an incredibly sharp image.

TVLogic also have a true Grade 1 display equipped with both a native 10bit LCD panel and high quality RGB matrix LED backlight. The XVM-245W has been built specifically for high-end colour critical applications while retaining many of the great features found in the popular LVM series of displays. In Europe this monitor comes with 3G and Dual Link as standard. The XVM-245W features an integrated 3D LUT providing accurate reproduction of various colour spaces.

TVlogic also have some monitors based on OLED technology. OLED offers faster response times than LCD with a virtually limitless viewing angle making it the perfect viewing solution for fast tracking shots like sporting events. Currently only available as a 15″ screen there are two options for either the 3G enabled LEM-150L or the 3D capable TDM-150W. The TDM-150W can accept two inputs – either SDI or HDMI – and reproduce either a standard 2D image or using active shutter glasses a spectacular 3D image.

The last of the TVlogic line up is the massive LUM-560W a 56″ native 4k resolution screen which can display four Full HD inputs at once at full resolution. Used for ultra high-end imaging this screen provides the ultimate image quality for the moving image.

TVLogic’s Colour Calibration Utility provides a unique interface for the proper colour alignment and matching of LCD displays. Two probes are available for use with this interface allowing for basic and professional grade calibration to suite various applications, budgets, and calibration speed requirements.

TVLogic’s Multi-Format LCD displays are the answer to your HD/SD monitoring needs when faced with the prospect of CRT replacement in critical viewing environments. Enhance your visual experience with monitors designed to provide a more cost effective, space and energy saving design without compromising the picture quality and ability of traditional displays.

The slim design, low power consumption, and easy to use rack mount kits for every monitor from the 7” to the 24” units allow them to be used in virtually any situation from an OB Van to Master Control and everything in between.

Full Native HD Resolution

The 24”, 40”, 46”, & 57” monitors all support full native 1920×1080 resolution. The 17.1” units offer full native resolution support of 720p. All monitors can handle any format and 1:1 pixel mapping can be achieved from the screens maximum resolution to any lower resolution source to provide both full screen and unscaled native images.

Industry Leading Video Processing

TVLogic uses industry leading video processing & deinterlacing chips combined with their own unique Digital Signal Processing Algorithms to provide unparalleled video quality and accurate picture reproduction from all sources.

Rack Mount any display up to 24”

- 7” & 8.4” monitors are Rack Mountable in both single and double (side-by-side) configurations.
- 17.1” units are easily rack mounted inside a rack with simple rack ears available as an option.

LMP-100 Upgrade Kit

All LVM Series monitors are upgradeable in the field with a simple upgrade tool. In the past this tool has been used to load new features like Closed Caption Decoding and Zero Delay modes into existing units.

Automatic Alignment

TVLogic’s Automatic Color Calibration Utility provides a unique interface for proper alignment of our displays. This color calibration utility is designed to work with 3 different probes to suit various applications, budgets, and calibration speed requirements. The premier probe we have integrated with is the Klein Instruments K-10 Colorimeter. This probe is designed for professionals and offers the fastest and most accurate automatic alignment. This probe also comes with a separate software utility from Klein to allow measurement of virtually any other display (CRT, LCD, Plasma, DLP, etc.) for comparison and matching with TVLogic Displays.

Optional Glass Neutral Density Filter

The LVM-170WG, LVM-230W, LVM-240W, LVM-400W, LVM-460W, & LVM-570W can now all be outfitted with an optional Glass Neutral Density Filter. TVlogic ND filterThis option serves to enhance contrast, improve black levels, and give the monitor the familiar glass look of a CRT monitor. This option is ideal for environments like edit suites or for critical evaluation monitors in QC environments. We make this feature optional because it is not ideal for all scenarios, specifically in high-brightness environments where the matte finish panel without the glass would produce significantly less glare.

ND Filter – How it Works

The basic premise behind the ND filter is its characteristic of filtering the light emitted from the display once while filtering ambient light reflected from the display twice. This aids in producing much blacker blacks and also in enhancing overall contrast ratio.
